How to Subscribe to Podcasts
You can listen to podcasts in two ways. 1. Download the MP3 file to listen to individual files; or 2. subscribe to the podcast feed. The subscription feed will automatically update the podcasts delivered to you each time new content is added

To download the MP3 file, right-click on the file name and save to your computer. Drag the file into iTunes Library to play

To subscribe to a podcast, select and copy the URL of the XML file. Open iTunes. Go to the Advanced menu and paste the URL into Subscribe to Podcast. The feed will download the files. After reading the titles, click the Get button to download the episode you want the hear. You can update the feed later by clicking the Update button (upper right corner of iTunes.)
Listening
On a computer
Use iTunes to play the podcast. Click the title to choose the podcast, then click the play button.
On an iPod
The podcasts will be added to your iPod the next time you connect the iPod to the computer. Podcasts will be listed under Music on the iPod.
On a Handheld
You can also use a handheld computer to play mp3 files including podcasts.
You will need to download a player and install it on your handheld. RealPlayer has a free player for the Palm. Download it or install it from the disk that came with your Palm. Download PocketMusic for the Pocket PC. It is also free.
