Ala Kachuu Documentary Film  

Dr. Petr Lom traveled to Kyrgyzstan, where he filmed the practice of Ala Kachuu. 
Lom filmed the process of kidnapping and talked to kidnapping families, and with kidnapped brides -- those who have managed to escape from their captors as well as those who are making homes with their new husbands. 

The 50 minute film (VCR) is available for educational use in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
