Dr. Reza Masoodi is an Assistant Professor of Engineering in the School of Design and Engineering at Philadelphia University. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, through which he worked on flow modeling in porous media. Dr. Masoodi received a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Tehran, where he worked on CFD and convection heat transfer. His B.Sc. was on Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology.
Dr. Masoodi teaches thermo-fluid sciences, numerical methods, and fundamental engineering courses at Philadelphia University. His research areas of interest are renewable energy, thermal/fluid sciences, CFD, process modeling of composites, wicking, and transport in porous media. |
