A321 CAD I: Modeling
Project 1
Due: February 11, 2002

Requirements:

AutoCAD file (.dwg) of the three-dimensional model. Views (plan, elevations, axonometrics) are to be saved as named views within the file.

Screen Renderings using AccuRender of:
Plan / Top view
4 Side Views – if your elevations are identical, suggest substitutions to your professor.
2 Axonometric Views – choose your views to be informative.

These AccuRender images are to be saved as .jpg files.

You will be prepared to present your work on the computer to the class.
You will submit your .dwg file and .jpg files on a super disk to your professor.

(As per the syllabus, work submitted late may or may not be accepted at the discretion of the professor. Late submittal of a project will adversely affect the grade of the project.)

Project 1 is evaluated based upon the following criteria

Effectiveness of 3D AutoCAD model

Effectiveness of AccuRender images

Completeness of documentation
